It's mostly video content, with text presentations when the notions are a bit more complex to follow along with. There are also worksheets, and everything is downloadable!

Is this a good course for me if I already know a lot about nutrition?

YES! All of this information is delivered in an entirely new and unique way. It focuses on the way that French people have mastered healthy eating almost effortlessly, and how you can apply those principles to your own life.

Do you offer refunds?

Since this is all online material, it's very difficult to issue refunds as digital products can't be returned! Make sure that the course is right for you by watching the webinar and looking at the modules before you buy.

How long do I have to complete the course?
